This is turning out to be quite an event. I hope that you’ll be able to listen live while I’m “on the air” at 11PM EST. I’ll be sharing the time slot with Gabe Taviano of God’s Mac so maybe we’ll do a little geek evangelism. Although, having a Mac guy and PC guy on at the same time might lead to some interesting material.

I wasn’t happy with the previous theme. While I certainly liked the spartan look, the fact that the mp3 player and hyperlinks didn’t appear on the front page was a flaw I wasn’t happy with. This new theme should do nicely. Thanks to Bob for the original theme. I made some mods to it for my own use.
Todd Cochrane of Geek News Central is holding a 24hr marathon on Dec. 21st to help raise money for OLPC. I plan to be a part of the marathon, most likely late after 11PM EST.
During the 24 hour Podcast Marathon, Todd will stream live from his Hawaii based Studio on Ustream.TV and will have interactive talk on TalkShoe.com.
The purpose of the event is to discuss Technology, Podcasting, Family, Life or whatever topic comes to mind. If you would like a dedicated slot on the 24hr live event send an email to geeknews@gmail.com indicating topic you would like to talk about and 3 time slots that you are available.
